Took the full money and never finished the work. Not only not finished the work, but left me with a huge pile of bulky waste that requires a skip or truck to remove. Called and messaged loads of times either ignored or told his coming and doesn’t show up. I’m well over 1k out of pocket and worse than before he started the works.
