I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Ovidiu did an excellent job with my bathroom. The original job was for replacing some lose floor tiles, but upon inspection the whole of the wooden underfloor was rotten due to a shower leak, so he had to remove sink, shower tray and toilet and redo the floor from scratch. He worked fast and efficiently, and was very knowledgeable about a range of different trades: electrical, plumbing, tiling. So I was able to do everything directly with him without having to hire other tradespeople. At the end there were some small snagging issues, but he quickly came back to address these at no charge. Overall, very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend.

He is NOT a professional tiler. Tiling of our cloakroom and bathroom was horrendous. *Took double the amount to time which was quoted* *Working hours 4pm - 10pm* *Poor levelling of tiles across ALL walls (despite using cement boards) and floor (despite himself applying self levelling compound)* *Uneven tile placement meant tile corners didn't align with adjacent tiles* *Uneven spacing of tiles despite using tile spacers AND tile spacers were not removed/cut enough before grouting, so plastic is now bulging out* *Huge untiled gap left between wall and ceiling* *Chipped tiles from using poor blade* *Incorrect tile colour placed on right-hand side of door frame* *Grout/adhesive was pasted on top of plastic wrap I had used to protect pipe. I can see the plastic sticking out* *Steel edge trimming falling short across the length of tile and not fully encasing the tile edge* *Gaps in sealant work, and poor quality where is was done* *Very messy worker* Pictures do not do any justice.

This job was done extremely efficiently. Firstly Mushtaq was very prompt in providing a quote. I felt very comfortable with him and after i met his team who came promptly at 8am every morning, finished at 5pm after cleaning up before they left and I was not disappointed as the job was completed in the promised timescale and to an excellent standard!! Definitely use these guys as I will be!
