At first Erlind was very nice and did the tiling for us, however we had agreed on a quote that included him also fixing the vanity in our bathroom, in the cloakroom and other small jobs. Some of the furnitures took some time to be delivered, so Erlind agreed to come back at a later time to fix everything. We had a friendly relationship, so we paid him in full for everything he agreed to do as we trusted him to come back. He came back once to check what was left to do and said he’d come the next day to fix everything. We asked him to do some more stuff as well and mentioned we would obviously pay him for these extra tasks and he kept saying “don’t worry about it.” Unfortunately, he never came back the next day and has ignored every single one of our calls and texts since then. In terms of his work, he didn’t fixed our bathtub tap straight, he damaged our bathtub and said he would fix his mistake but instead he just put some white tape over it. The whole experience was very disappointing, he’s never come back to complete the job despite receiving the money for it. We were naive in thinking we could trust him but he is very unreliable, dishonest, unprofessional and untrustworthy. I do not recommend this builder.

Aleksandros and his team did a great job of redesigning my bathroom and I'm really pleased with it. It was a big job including the fitting of new pipework, a shower, toilet, sink and tiling throughout. They were tidy and prompt during the job, were happy to work to my timetable and had welcome suggestions on costing and layout of the redesign. The fee was fair and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
