As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with and will hire again for any future tiling work. Thanks Astrit.

We are very pleased with Umar’s professionalism honest opinion and caring attitude towards completing the shower installation. The Job was done within 48hrs of hiring. Lots of assurance given pre and post. Beautiful transformation of the bathroom. Very clean worker and on point with timing and very easy with negotiation. I hired Tim for a big job to replace a damaged bathroom floor due to a leak. The damaged expanded to outside the bathroom and was quite involved. Tim did an amazing job, not only did he sort out the problem but he found clever solutions which other builders did not think of. Tim is reliable, honest and always ready to help. Would use again 100%.

We now have our ideal bathroom! Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He is incredibly well skilled when it comes to bathrooms and he always goes the extra mile. At the beginning we did not know what we wanted but listened to his advice such as on tiles, wall colour, and shower fittings and we are very glad we did. During the project he will delegate tasks such as tiling, carpentry, electrics, windows. Whatever you are after, to a highly skilled craftsman he knows well. While he does what he's best at, such as the plumbing, sealant and grouting. If any problems come along he will push through, sometimes working incredibly long days to get the job done and well. Andrew also did other jobs around the house, such as filling up cracks in our windor frame without extra charge. If there are additional jobs you request which require significant work or materials, he will give you a fair price. Best thing of all is Andrews attitude, always positive and makes sure its completed well.

I undertake all aspects of carpentry or home improvement works such as extensions, loft conversions, renovations, kitchens (including fitting the showroom for Howdens joinery, potters bar) and bathrooms for members of the general public with no job being too big or small.

James made quick work of hanging an external wood frame, door and all the fittings. He's happy to give advice when asked. Quality work, respectful and at a good price. Would definitely recommend and will be using James again on some other carpentry work around the house.

Pali seems like a nice enough guy but unfortunately we had a very bad experience with his company. We booked his company to install some zellige tiles. We sent some instructions about how they should be installed and were reassured that his tiler had 20 years of experience and that he wouldn't have any issues with the installation. Our tiles were handmade and had taken 8 weeks to come from Morocco. Unfortuntately, Pali's tiler did not follow the guidance of leaving 1-2mm between each tile and left as much as 7mm in places. Now that the tiles have been installed, there's very little we can do to remedy the issue. Pali was initially understanding but gradually become more defensive of his tiler's work. We paid £1800 for two shower enclosures (totalling less that 15sqm). For that price, we expected someone who would take their time and pay attention to detail. Unfortunately that is not what we got. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for high end jobs.
