Mr Nusrat and the team did an amazing job in setting up a toilet and shower downstairs from scratch. The space was limited but they managed to utilise every corner and the results are great. They first visited us for a consultation and discussed all possible options. They were reasonable and provided a good indication of the costs involved including materials. They worked really hard and managed to complete everything on time. They are flexible, happy to discuss and change plans if you want any updates. Overall, we were very pleased with them and would 100% recommend them.

Mustafa did an excellent job on our full house project, including painting, decorating, electrical work, and flooring. He is highly professional, always arrived on time, and even worked weekends to ensure everything stayed on track. Impressively, he completed the work a day earlier than scheduled. Before leaving, he made sure the entire house was clean and tidy, which we really appreciated. He was also very helpful when it came to purchasing materials, offering practical advice throughout the process. I would highly recommend Mustafa and will definitely be using his services again—he is already scheduled to return for our kitchen work

He worked hard and got the job done but it wasn’t stress free for me. I wouldn’t say don’t hire,but some things to note.1. He will take off doors but will charge to put them back on but he let me know. 2. He isn’t very good with patterned tiles so use AI to decide beforehand. I had to ask him to redo a bit that was just random tile bits and he wasn’t happy about it. He broke the wall to make two tiles fit instead cut correct angle.3. asked me what height I wanted the skirting, asked his advice& agreed to it. Later when he discovered both plug sockets sat at bit under the skirting, he said I should have thought about that when I decided on the height!It’s costing a pretty penny to have the sockets moved. 4. If you ask him to use self levelling compound or black grout he will complain a lot, even when (SLC) it and lots of pictures were in the job description he quoted for. 5. He cannot cut neat circles in tiles.

During the quote nothing was too difficult and Iustin had some great ideas. 'You tell me what you want and we'll do it.' Great. Day one they caused a leak into the kitchen. Halfway through day two we ordered work to stop because it was still leaking. It took several calls to Iustin to resolve. The leak caused the extractor fan in the kitchen to drop. They fixed at the end but the lights on it don't work consistently. Attention to detail was zero. Floor not sealed behind cupboard, wobbly plaster, streaks of white paint on blue (and vice versa), chipped paint, and tiles not evenly placed, with roughly cut edges. New flooring laid before finishing the walls, dropping sealant, dust and paint on it. Many things had to be redone or changed - but they generally did redo when asked. A window they put in is lower than agreed and the pebbledash doesn't match. They installed the vanity unit on the wrong wall. No dust sheets were put down over kitchen surfaces when drilling through concrete, covering everything in a thick layer of dust. The project was contracted to finish by 4 September, but took until 15 September. Iustin did apologise for this on the last day. On the last day, Marin threatened us because we wanted to wait until the job was finished to send the final payment. At that point we'd paid £500 more in instalments than agreed. Receipts for materials contained items not used or not ours. They took away things that we'd paid for. Overall not a great experience.

Harpreet not only finished this job, being kind, helpful and professional, ended up renovating some of the house hold things like changing gas hob, firting tiles etc, which I was thinking of doing later in year. He completed all the work in the time frame and amount charged was reasonable. He did great job in renovating the bathroom. He went out of way to help install loft stair case. He was always available to answer any queries. Would recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Lanigans construction. Reece, Rob, Mike and the team did an extremely great job on my project which was my new kitchen, roofing, stairs, painting and decorating the whole house. There high attention to detail and quality sets them apart from the rest. They were always cleaning up after themselves, leaving the site neat and tidy. I hired Lukasz to finish off few bit and pieces of building works following an extension project. Lukasz was very quick to respond to the job, visit to check the works and provided a quote within 24hrs. We discussed few details and agreed to proceed with the works. From start to finish Lukasz was very professional, efficient and co-operative. He provided very valuable opinions and ensured the end result was of the highest quality. He was very punctual, tidy and polite. He worked on the project as if it was his own house, which was very assuring. Even after the works was complete, he offered advise over mobile to help resolve an unrelated heating issue.
