Gethin came to start my job yesterday morning and by late afternoon had the end wall lined and flat , a shelf built at the other end of the bath and all the tiles up. He then came back this morning through a blizzard to do the grouting and finishing touches and it looks amazing. He is a lovely , polite , hard working young man and will go far as he does such a good and professional job. While he was here I asked him to look at another couple of jobs which I need doing and he is going to do me quotes this weekend. Very pleased with his work.

Mike did an excellent job fitting our new porcelain tiles, working meticulously in what were often quite difficult conditions. Given the age of the property, there were a number of challenges along the way, but he adapted where needed with real skill and attention to detail. He approached everything with care and diligence, and the quality of the finished result really shows, we’re genuinely very happy with how it’s turned out. On top of that, Mike was consistently hardworking, clean, polite, and managed his time very well throughout the project. It’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work, and it comes through in the finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him a true professional who goes the extra mile.

Cem was great from start to finish. He always started early, frequently worked late and the job was done to a very high standard. Both the plastering and the tiling were excellent. We realised we needed a couple of extra jobs done during the work. Cem took them both on and still managed to finish within the time frame he'd originally given us. This was very helpful as we were waiting to move into our new home. Cem was very reasonably priced and very reliable. I can't recommend him highly enough. Five stars.

he came round and fixed a toilet that was not flushing and solved it. I asked him to plumb a washing machine in upstairs, which was a priority, plus do some plumbing on two en suite showers I wanted. also to check why the upstairs radiators from the back boiler of my wood burning stove were not getting hot enough. He told me he would come round on Saturday, but I had to use my wood burner fire to hear the water so he could check the radiators. Which I did but he didn't turn up, He struck me as a good honest lad.. so I will give him the benefit of doubt and assume that for some reason he could not meet the appointment.. if so, he needs to learn that if he cannot fulfil an appointment with a customer then he should communicate with them
