At the beginning, there was a bit of confusion about who would be carrying out the job. However, the person in charge was helpful, and the final result, completed by Artan, was really good. He was always communicative and punctual. I asked for an additional coat of paint to finish the job, and he didn’t hesitate to come over the weekend to accommodate my busy schedule. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY HE CAN'T TILE OR GROUT. Very sharp edges left on metal trim, cut thumb badly washing off excess grout left on face of the tiles. Bad grouting, lots of gaps left in corners and all along top edge at length & both ends of bath, big holes left where you can put your fingers down them. 2 cracked tiles left around sink. Sink was moved out due to excessive tile fix and refitted so badly there are holes around tap fittings you can see the floor water drips through. No tile adhesive on wall just around edges of tiles.Tiles protrude 2mm or 3/4inch. Corner tiles butt fitted on top of each other. Cupboard unfinished as Arek unable to fit door HE made to cupboard HE fitted and told me it was because MY wall was not straight? Arek Builders pictures on this site are fakes. Nothing like the job he did at my house. 4 months later I still have no working bathroom. I have to now undertake this re tiling job myself as I cannot afford to lose any more money. I am a 61 year old pensioner and I know I can do a better job of the tiling but wanted to pay someone else to do it quickly especially removing and disposing of the old tiles which Arek Builders left in a very untidy state outside my front window with his own unwanted items. Is this normal? I think not. Everyone who sees my bathroom are disgusted when I say it took 3 days and the workman has 28 years of experience. Only used MyBuilder because they say every workman is thoroughly vetted. Obviously not.

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.
