Marcus and his team fitted and tiled our downstairs w/c. Our house had recently been renovated and the builders had been unable to finish what they set out to do so Marcus also ended up finishing the en-suite bathroom, put right some loose fittings in another and completed some tiling in the utility. Marcus came to quote for the initial job promptly and MPS provided a reasonable fixed price quote for the job. He was incredibly flexible when we added more work to the initial job (twice!). All work was carried out to a high standard in exactly the amount of time predicted. We're really happy with the results and will definitely have MPS back to do more work in future. The team at MPS have been really responsive and helpful throughout the process. If you want transparent, reliable and high quality work, then I'd highly recommend Marcus and MPS!

Freddy and team were really easy to deal with, very professional builders! The guys started putting up the panels that came with the garden room ( on the walls and ceiling) and when they had almost finished I changed my mind lol! I decided plasterboard would look better, I was expecting some sort of moan as most builders would do but Freddy said, no problem at all we’ll do that for you! They then had to undo most of the work they had done, except the insulation then put up the plasterboard. I was especially impressed when Jon even managed to turn up during the snow period, I was expecting a cancellation at this stage. When the job was complete and I had paid we found an issue so called Freddy. Freddy then came back to the job and rectified the issue within a day!!! I was so surprised as builders would usually fob you off as they’ve already been paid! Not these guys, they are real professionals! I will definitely be using Freddy & team for other jobs!

I’m very disappointed in the job this man did !! He didn’t replace the broken tile, he decided to stick it together with glue and it looks terrible !! I can send photos He also kept changing what he was going to charge for the job. From £200 when he came to see the job, I ended up paying double £400 and he didn’t even do it well I asked for receipts for materials and he hasn’t sent any. Please remove this company

I am a developer and I understand how negative feedback can effect someone’s business so i dont leave negative feedback unless I really have to and I have never done it before. Let me first say that Senol is a lovely person with a great personality and I got on with him right away. However, this job was not only poor overall, it was not fit for purpose. senol tiled my bathroom floor and around the bath. The floor is uneven and the edges rubbish. I know that Senol will say that it’s because it was laid in the dark but I did ask him if he could do it and he said yes. Another thing one could argue is that if you work until 8pm in the dark winter months it is advisable to bring a light. I can live with the flooring it is around the bath it really went wrong. This was tiled during daylight hours. The visible cuts are rugged, cut with an angle grinder rather than tile cutter, also the straight cuts. The corner joint gaps variated from no gap to almost 2cm leaving me with enormous silicone seals down both sides. Same along ceiling up to 2.5cm gaps. Several of the tiles are scratched with the grinder leaving clearly visible black marks on white tiles. The worst bit was around the windows. The tiles were fitted so if I had applied enven the thinnest silicone seal I would have sealed the windows shut. I had to remove tiles and refit in order to open and close the window. The window still can’t tilt out for cleaning. I did contact Senol for him to rectify this but he never replied.

William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. He said the job of taking up two tiles, replacing them, & fitting s washing machine would take the whole day but he managed to get it done in 6 hours, and he charged a reasonable price for the work. & although there was a lot of mess, he cleaned it all up before he left.
