Hi, I'm Roman – your handyROman from Slovakia! I recently moved to the UK and I’m working on improving my spoken English. For the past five years, I worked full-time as an electrician and handyman in Prague. I also have experience with repairing washing machines, dishwashers, coffee machines, office equipment (printers, scanners), and I used to lead a team of technicians in a catering equipment service company. I worked for several months as an electrician in apartment complexes in Brussels, and also as a lift service technician in Prague. Since childhood, I’ve had a passion for building and fixing electronics. As a DIY enthusiast, I even built my own off-grid solar battery system and fully converted a van into a motorhome, which I’ve driven across half of Europe – from the UK to Croatia.
