As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with and will hire again for any future tiling work. Thanks Astrit.

I couldn't fault Ermir's service or expertise. He installed a new sink and toilet for me at short notice and went out of his way to get me a splashback that actually looks nice rather than the tiles I had available! Have no doubt that I'll be going to him for future renovations (retiling of bathrooms next month, and inevitably more jobs going forward as I improve the space, which looks like it hasn't been improved in decades!). Genuinely cares about his clients and providing them with something he would have in his own home.

Very responsive and very punctual. Always responded to questions we had via text and turned up exactly when they said they would. Selecting what we wanted was very easy with links they sent and when we wanted to add something later they were very accommodating and sent us more links to what was available. Having the work done was easy as we went away on holiday for the week leaving them the house to themselves. They were very respectful of the property and protected the carpets. The work they carried out was exactly what we were looking for and love our new bathroom. This process was made really pleasant by the guys at Yates Property Services. Would recommend you look into using them for an easy and painless process. Thanks Darren and Co.

Harjeet and his team are super helpful and honest! They have done our new build tiles and extra things that we asked eg trimming doors removing skirting change grouting etc and been helpful and honest throughout. They are quick efficient and professional. Will reccomend and will be using again in the near future.

Robert installed a new shower room suite and kitchen radiators and tiled the shower room from floor to ceiling. The plumbing and tiling are of the highest quality. The new shower room looks superb. Robert was keen to give us what we wanted. He always did what he said he would and kept us informed throughout. His professionalism and reliability are of the highest order.
