I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. William and his team were very good and installed an entirely new shower cubicle in place on an existing cupboard in a bathroom with previously only a WC and sink. I am delighted with the result and will be using William and his team again for other projects across my rental portfolio.

Mr Khawar did a great job regrouting my 2 showers. He was meticulous and neat with his work. He is very professional and polite. Also reasonably priced so another big plus. He is a bathroom specialist so planning to hire him again soon to redo my bathrooms.

Excellent work by Gheorghe! This involved some complicated work to joinery substrate, and some plumbing alterations as well as tiling: he is a great all-rounder. He came up with better solutions, worked hard to complete the work without a break, and the result is excellent. He also thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. We have already agreed to have him back for other work in the near future and have recommended him to friends.

When I posted the job I had three people quote for it. I was initially reluctant to shortlist Mariusz as he only had only two reviews but then I thought "How are you supposed to get reviews if nobody gives you a job"....and I am glad I did. Mariusz gave me a quote online but was the only person shortlisted who asked to come and view the job, which was a good indication of his professionalism. It also gave me comfort that once we agreed a price and it would not be changed. In the end, Mariusz's quote was in the middle of the quotes I received. In terms of the job itself, Mariusz and his father in law did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, professional and hard working with great attention to detail. They were punctual and finished the job within the timescales given, disposing of waste and leaving the bathroom very clean. The quality of their work was great and the bathroom floor looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family.
