I am extremely happy with the job Isac has done. We are so very lucky to have found Isac to do our home. At the time of the works we were expecting a baby and Isac worked night and day to make sure our home was ready in time for our sons arrival. Without him we would have been screwed. Isac’s work is extremely professional. He has high standards and is very skilled. He’s honest, direct and respectful. I now consider Isac as a friend. He’s come back a few times since the works to check in and is always on the phone is you have any follow up queries. I would recommend Isac to anyone who has work they needed done. Thank you Isac!!!

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. To say Nick is just a kitchen fitter isn’t doing his work justice, he’s a fantastic project manager and craftsmen as well. When we first met Nick he took 2 hours of his time running through all the options which was when we realised we were actually quite clueless! Although we hadn’t hired him at this point his advice was invaluable. We assumed this would mean Nick’s professionalism would mean he would be very expensive, this was not the case and he was actually a little cheaper than the other parties who quoted. Once Nick started it became apparent that he and his assistant Chow to great pride in their work and worked hard to get the job finished as quickly as possible to the highest standard. They left the site spotless at the end of each day. The result is a fantastic kitchen and flooring which we are extremely happy with. We are already thinking about the next renovation piece in our home and would love to use Nick again. Thanks Nick! Niall & Hannah

Kris managed to fit in this job despite me moving the timeframe a few times. He was very precise, clean and did the job to a high a standard and for a reasonable cost. The end result is a very attractive, well-tiled bathroom. I will definitely be using him again.

Andrei and Andy were both very polite and helpful, and they explained what needed to be done in clear detail. They helped me discount the bad advice of some other contractors who I had gotten alternative quotes from. They were willing to answer all my pesky homeowner's questions and gave good advice when things didn't go quite to plan (the surprises of old buildings!). They were always on time each day and worked hard. The work was finished to a high quality and they went above and beyond to ensure I was informed along the way and satisfied at the end. I have been disappointed with many other contractors in the past but I would not hesitate to recommend ABL Building and Construction to friends and will use definitely them for my other jobs in future.

From scoping the job, to advising us on materials and considerations ahead of it, to then completing the work to a very high standard - professional, methodical, efficient and very personable - we were very pleased with the outcome and working with him. He tiled our downstairs water closet in less than a day and left everything spic and span after the job. Cornel turned up on time and worked well. He did a great job on the shower where several before him had failed. I would definitely recommend him for any tiling job. We will probably use him again in the summer for an outside job!
