Rob was excellent from start to finish. He tiled my kitchen for me and I’m really happy with the job he’s done. Really nice finish. Rob turned up on time both days and cleaned up after himself. Joe made site visit for a small bathroom makeover and offered advice and remedies for some concerns I had. He quoted competitively, turned up when he said he would, kept the site clean and tidy, completed the work on time and to a high standard. Ashley came to quote the job within in a few days to suit me,(taking his shoes off at the door, was a big bonus). He throughly explained what would needed to be done, I showed him two toilets I had chosen one of them was not suitable. He said he would let me know later on in the day how much it would be... A day and time was arranged for the job to be done... I was very happy with Ashley from the start to completion of the job, he's timekeeping, thorough explanation of what needed to be done, tidiness, standard of work, and cost are just a few reasons why I would use him again and highly recommend him.

Very pleased with the splashback tiling done by Ben. His work is of high standards just like his time keeping. WARNING! Please read before considering this tradesman. My family had a new bathroom installed. The bath was installed without a support frame and the bath panel was balanced in place with only silicone to hold it from falling inwards. There were large gaps 15-20mm left in the tiling which would have been filled with grout alone had I not intervened. I was quoted for tiling 3 walls from floor to ceiling, but ended up with 2 thirds only being done and the rest hidden behind the furniture. The same day the job was "completed" and final payment was made we noticed the issues with it that night when bathing my kids. Communication had been good whilst the work was being carried out, but when we tried to contact him that same day to return to resolve the problem we were completely ignored. Text, phone calls and email went unanswered and even my phone calls were blocked. Not what you expect from a professional tradesman at all. Dont fall for the it, took our money with no shame in leaving the job unfinished. Look elsewhere.

I would highly recommend Spencer. He was on time, polite, professional and carried out the job with a great standard of workmanship. He was really helpful and went above and beyond to do a great job. He took a window out for us as we moved house and he even helped us carry our sofas out to the van! I don’t usually like having tradespeople in but I honestly would have absolutely no hesitation in asking him to do future jobs for me.

Sam priced for plastering and floor screeding work. Sam did the plastering himself but subcontracted the flooring. We are quite happy with the plastering work that Sam did for us. However the floor screeding did not go well at all his builder let him down hence can only score him nuetral. The floor screed was crumbling and cracking. Sam's builders left our back garden in a right mess and we incurred costs to clear up the mess. We hope Sam will learn from this experience for he is a good plasterer. In conclusion we hope Sam is a young man who is only going to get better at providing plastering and screeding services, who is going to learn to ignore pettiness and focus on delivering the client's expectations.

hi I'm Andy I'm 42 years of age and started in 1996 done my apprenticeship with George wimpy builders gained NVQ 1-2 I worked on various sites learning various trades this continued after I left until 2002.I went into floor laying commercial premises nursing homes schools collages and specialists in polyurethane flooring for sports halls etc. Wet rooms were a specialty and this now is used on walls. Last trade was a fencer I covered new builds schools business premises to the humble home
