Gradually, we discarded the weeds and picked up a great crop of fantastic trades- ground workers to guilders, plasterers to painters, bricklayers to boiler fitters, I have a tight group who trust me and I trust them, complete transparency for you, the client. He took great care to tidy up the working area so that we could use the kitchen each evening which was a real blessing as we have a toddler. A friendly guy who takes pride of his work. Rezz was great from start to finish. At the beginning we had several questions and our choices changed but he was helpful and happy to accommodate - nothing was too much trouble for him. The works were carried out as scheduled and to a high standard. Any small issues along the way he had great suggestions. I would highly recommend and would refer to family and friends. I will be asking Rezz to do some other jobs for me later this year. Thank you again!

They carried out a full ground floor renovation: full plumbing (including water and heating), rewiring, plan reconfiguration including change of load bearing walls, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, plastering, painting. Restoration of parquet flooring due to change of floor layout, internal door frames and doors installations. Minor related repairs on the first floor: radiator replacement, creating more space for stairs. Progress remained steady and well-managed throughout. Team was autonomous (like checking with structural engineer/architect/building regulations without our involvement), and if the input was required due to insufficient details/designer solutions we were involved as expected (as we wanted). The project stayed broadly within the agreed budget and time. The slight overrun was related to an additional foundation needed, which was not planned initially. Need for additional foundation was due to structural engineer calculations and building control.

I have no hesitation in recommending Reuben and Chris. I am delighted with my new bathroom which was delivered within budget and time parameters. They have a strong work ethic, they demonstrated the ability to solve problems, they kept me up to date with the project as it progressed, and are meticulous in their attention to detail. If I had to score out of 10 - an 11! I'm only sorry I don't have another project for them.

Juro and his team completed a total refurbishment of our house that included removing all internal walls, along with a double story side extension, a huge job involving lots of steels, re-roofing, new construction, new bathrooms and kitchen, new windows and rendering along with all the plumbing and electrical work and decoration. They did the most incredible job, working efficiently, adapting to any problems that came along and working really hard to create the best finish possible at the budget we had. Despite the pandemic arriving just after the demolition stage, they didn’t miss a day on site, and worked tirelessly to get materials to keep the project moving. Incredibly they still managed to finish the project on schedule and to a standard that was exceptional. Juro is honest and upfront, didn’t ever add costs or ‘unforeseeables’ and was an absolute joy to work with. He also stuck to a very clear payment schedule that was easy to follow and always meant we only paid when we were absolutely 100% happy. My only reservation in writing this review is that I would like to selfishly hang on to him and keep his schedule clear for future jobs with family and friends!

Justin is friendly and seems to be a nice guy. If I'm honest the tiling that was done at the business was not to the standard that I had hoped for in particular in one area. If the tiling had been done in my home to this standard i would of had it redone. Justin quoted two days for the work. He didn't finish on time however he did come and clean the tiles up and tidy without any additional charge.
