We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.

Denis and his brother Andy renewed our main bathroom. They were hardworking and tidy. They are general builders and this helped since we had a few bits that pure tilers would not be able to handle. They worked quickly and efficiently over the weekend. The work was well coordinated with our plumber as there are always a few items that need a joint approach (so Denis came to ensure all was as our plumber required). The tiling was good quality for the speed. Our bathroom looks great and was usable after less than a week. As we were pleased, we also asked them to lay some decking and do some quick plumbing for us and do a few extra jobs that we paid for separately. Andy and Denis also came back to finish a few bits and make sure it will last as much as needed and also get the final payment. It is worth putting all the items down on paper to avoid any misunderstanding and clarify exactly what any additional work is. All in all, it was a relaxing experience as they are both clearly keen to have happy customers and are proud of their work. Finally, Denis silicone touches are top quality, a skill on its own!

THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELLENT JOB, ANTONI and the team! 🙏 Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and getting excited to have your job done! We had a double garages conversion started in July 2021, however, the previous builder Razvan, left it unfinished, because he wanted more money in the middle of the job, so he stopped the conversion and left a messy building site. ( please make sure you sign a contract with a finishing date..) ours work has lasted 4 months instead of two weeks. :(…. It had costed us Christmas, not expected expenses, horrible experience! Then we found Antoni through my builders.com. :) PATIENT AND WELL PLANNED AHEAD 👍 They were so patient to tackle each problem which left by Razvan and fixed it in a nicer and safer way. Eg. The bathroom tray gap is 1230 mm instead of 1200 mm. There is no such size of tray in the market , but Antoni fixed the problem and did an excellent job. RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL ⏰ The biggest problems with my previous builder, not TURNING up with all kinds of excuses. Antoni and his team turned up every morning before 8am, two weeks , they never been late. Actually they arrived just after 7.30 am and patiently waited for me to open our garden gate. REASONABLE QUOTE 📝AND FINISHED ON TIME ⌛️ We had three quotes before hiring Antoni, his quote is very reasonable, not the cheapest, but we appreciated that he foresaw the problems and came out with solutions and charged it accordingly.
