I recruited Nenad and his boys to re-tile my bathroom and they ended up doing everything I needed doing in my flat which included painting all the walls and ceilings, installing a new toilet and radiator, and re-sanding and re-polishing the floors. I had a really positive experience working with them. Nenad was very easy to communicate with – responding straight away to messages and calls, and keeping to the dates and meetings we had set up. He and his team were able to start very quickly after another decorator let me down at the last minute, and worked extremely hard to get the work done on time. We hit several unexpected problems during the work – leaks and damp issues which needed to be solved – and Nenad alerted me straight away, suggested a plan of action, and got on with it as soon as I gave the green light. His quote was almost double some of the others I was initially given for painting the flat, but he assured me that I would save money in the end, that other issues would almost certainly crop up which would take extra time and require the other builders to keep adjusting their quotes as they went – and I think this turned out to be the case. The work took longer than planned and yet he was able to cope with that, despite having other jobs lined up. In the end I paid only a little over the price we'd initially agreed, and this was because I added new jobs to the list. Nenad went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end result. I fully recommend these guys.

Denis and his brother Andy renewed our main bathroom. They were hardworking and tidy. They are general builders and this helped since we had a few bits that pure tilers would not be able to handle. They worked quickly and efficiently over the weekend. The work was well coordinated with our plumber as there are always a few items that need a joint approach (so Denis came to ensure all was as our plumber required). The tiling was good quality for the speed. Our bathroom looks great and was usable after less than a week. As we were pleased, we also asked them to lay some decking and do some quick plumbing for us and do a few extra jobs that we paid for separately. Andy and Denis also came back to finish a few bits and make sure it will last as much as needed and also get the final payment. It is worth putting all the items down on paper to avoid any misunderstanding and clarify exactly what any additional work is. All in all, it was a relaxing experience as they are both clearly keen to have happy customers and are proud of their work. Finally, Denis silicone touches are top quality, a skill on its own!

Roland is extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy and a very hard worker. He finishes his work to a very high/ excellent standard Roland fitted our en-suite - he tilled throughout, fitted shower, toilet, basin & taps, fan. He in fact completed the whole room. The work was first class - we only wished we had used him to tile our downstairs. We are having Roland back to do our main bathroom now and have also introduced him to other people to do work for them - excellent feedback for Roland from all Roland works quietly - you don't know you have him in your home. He cleans up afterwards (you literally wouldn't know he has been there once he has gone). I would highly recommend Roland - I will certainly be keeping his contact details !

Edmond did a great job tiling my kitchen. I can’t fault his work at all. He was great at keeping in touch before the job, arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job in he amount of time he said he would.
