I used to do work for other companies, like installing and supervising but I've left because I did not enjoy their customer service so I decided to provide my own service directly to the customers .

Igor completed a full re-fit of our upstairs bathroom. The bathroom was completely ripped up from ceiling to the walls to the flooring. He installed a new bath tub, new shower unit, toilet, a douche, bathroom fan, door and door frame and the bathroom units. He also completed a list of other small things required inside the bathroom. He took care with all of the work and explained any details throughout refurbishment. Finishing was excellent and flawless. Igor is trustworthy and very friendly. I highly recommend him and would definitely consider him for any further renovations and recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Igor for all of your hard work.

Christian arrived at my property exactly when he said he would. He fixed my bathroom tap quickly which had became loose a few weeks ago and I couldn't use, he also tightened the whole tap plate which I don't think has ever been tight. Christian then had a look at my kitchen tap, which was leaking and gave me great advice of what I need. Rather than replacing things, Christian likes to try and fix things first, which is great and saves extra expense. He is very polite and pleasant, I would highly recommend him.

I need to be Honest to warn others. I’m very disappointed with result and I would remove it all and start again but I don’t have time. it’s certainly not a tiling job to admire. His quote was not the cheapest nor quickest, but I didn’t want speed, I wanted quality. It was a bad mistake. Ali is an amateur and does not know the trade. Many cuts are not accurate, tiles are set to different depths accentuated by wall lighting and one wall is random tile pattern. See pics. Terrible to look at.

Bogdan and his team completed work in December 2018 for me. The work was very well done and and the team was very skill full. They completed bathroom, cloak room within a week which included tiling (both wall and floor), installing vanity units,lighting and other stuff. So far I have not had any issues since last 5 months and have been praised by my friends on the quality of work and how pretty the bathroom and cloakroom looks now. I would definitely recommend bogdan and his team and also the quotes were reasonable. Only one negative was to get the work started in time but then it was near Christmas time and the team was working on a big project alongside.
