Amir came twice to view the job and stated he was a "jack of all trades" not just a tiler so we hired him to renovate two bathrooms. However, the experience was a complete disaster. He agreed to be present for the tile delivery, but wasn't there. We rescheduled for Monday, but 30 minutes before arrival, he claimed an emergency. After the tiles arrived, he stopped answering calls. Two hours later, he messaged saying he miscalculated costs and demanded more than double the agreed price, a quote he had set without negotiation from my part. By this point, he had already ripped out our toilet and shower, leaving the bathrooms unusable and the tiles sitting on the kerb. He never returned to work. To make matters worse, when he needed to collect his tools, he claimed he was outside when no one was there, rescheduled, missed that appointment, and finally turned up days later. Unreliable and unrecommended.

**Excellent service – highly recommended** We used Vasile and his co-worker for the reinstatement work following a water leak, including piling, plastering and painting, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, they were really nice, polite and professional. They worked quietly and respectfully, kept everything tidy, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The attention to detail was particularly impressive, and the finished work was completed to a very high standard. It was a pleasure having them carry out the work, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled and considerate contractors. Great job!

Do not use this Tradesperson. Listed here as Jose but told me his name is Salvatore. We agreed a job that included the deconstruction and removal of a collapsing garden shelf/flower bed. Firstly he demanded payment before starting the job, but we agreed half before and half after. When the deconstruction was finished he demanded full payment - and then left saying he would come back to finish the removal. It has now been over a month and although initially he had excuses he has now stopped replying to me completely and left a complete and total mess in my garden. It’s an absolute mess and the biggest waste of money, which I will now have to pay someone else to complete. I feel like I have been robbed in all honesty.

Gergo renovated a bathroom for me on the above days, he has always arrived promptly to work and was always very polite and professional. He assured me that the work will be carried out in this time frame and adjusted his working days to make sure that it would happen. He changed the tiles, installed a new vanity unit, dealt with plumbing and electrics as well, then painted and cleaned up the aftermath. I can recommend him to anyone looking for a professional, quick and efficient tradesman, who is able to deal with different jobs and issues that come up along the way.
