I recently had my bathroom floor transformed by George and I couldn't be happier with the results! He replaced old dark vinyl with beautiful large anthracite grey porcelain tiles and the difference is absolutely incredible — it looks like a completely different bathroom. George was professional, knowledgeable and took great care with every detail, from the prep work right through to the finished grouting. The tiles are perfectly level, the cuts around the wall-hung toilet are neat and precise, and the overall finish is flawless. Ioan was excellent, especially as we were dealing with an issue in a tenanted flat that we couldn't be present for. Initially he provided the tenants with a temporary hot water fix and changed the heating elements but realised that the tank was leaking so changed that for us. He was thorough and got this done within a week. Difficult in this day and age to find a trader you can trust and I will definitely use Ioan for any other issues we encounter in the future
