We now have our ideal bathroom! Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He is incredibly well skilled when it comes to bathrooms and he always goes the extra mile. At the beginning we did not know what we wanted but listened to his advice such as on tiles, wall colour, and shower fittings and we are very glad we did. During the project he will delegate tasks such as tiling, carpentry, electrics, windows. Whatever you are after, to a highly skilled craftsman he knows well. While he does what he's best at, such as the plumbing, sealant and grouting. If any problems come along he will push through, sometimes working incredibly long days to get the job done and well. Andrew also did other jobs around the house, such as filling up cracks in our windor frame without extra charge. If there are additional jobs you request which require significant work or materials, he will give you a fair price. Best thing of all is Andrews attitude, always positive and makes sure its completed well.

I met Sophie at the property who seemed to know her stuff, provided a quote and I agreed to have her complete the work. A start date was agreed and a deposit for materials was paid. Unfortunately, Sophie did just 2 hours of a full days prep work and then advised me that prep was complete when it was not (not sanded or leveled as agreed). I had to pull her up on this and after numerous text exchanges she conceded that the prep had not yet been done as her laborer fell ill. She then let me down by not turning up on three further occasions, apparently due to family illness/childcare issues. I was sympathetic initially, but in the end because the job was urgent I had to appoint someone else. She then came back and collected her tools and returned a fraction of the deposit, leaving 1 bag of adhesive in return. If you use her you may have better luck than I did...

Michael did a fantastic job re-tiling the bathroom and noticed various other issues which he sorted to ensure things were fixed long-term. He also replaced our bathroom tap on the same day after a last-minute request from us. All in all: knowledgeable, thorough and no-nonsense. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Zafer helped to fit our new kitchen, including new tiles and some electrical work as well! Really happy with the whole finish. Great professionalism, honest (which is very hard to find these days!) and takes pride in his work and he was very helpful even when we asked him for extra help which was not already agreed on. The whole family is very happy with the finish and great attention to detail. Definitely the best tradesman we've had since we moved into our home! Would definitely recommend him. Thank you Zafer!

I can't praise his work enough. Extremely detailed and hard working guy. Cuts no corners and takes pride in his work. I would not use anyone else for any stone and tiling jobs. He ended up tiling 4 bathrooms for us as well as the kitchen floor. Price was competitive and worth every penny. i can heartily recommend him. One of the few tradesmen I trusted with a key.

We employed The Stone Tile Emporium to redesign a downstairs bathroom and adapt it to a disabled wet room. Kevin came up with various ideas and talked us through the best stone options. He's understanding of stone was a great help to us and the quality of finish was excellent. Our project came in on budget and exactly as quoted - no hidden extras! He's strengths are reliability, honesty and his attention to detail. We can't fault any part of the project he completed for us. We've passed his details on to all our friends and are now considering re-newing our kitchen flooring.
