George is the best! No job is too small, he treats the job like it's his own property. The communication with him was great, he turned up on time, he is such a hard worker, didn't stop at all in the heatwave we had. He is a perfectionist and makes sure every part of the job is done to the highest standard. Such a kind man who is very knowledgeable and will offer any advice he can on other parts of jobs. I'm so happy I hired him and I would recommend him for any job. He is reasonably priced as well. Thank you so much George for an amazing job :)

Came on 14 Jan to start work around 14.30, after 2 hours he said his tile cutter wasn’t cutting properly so would have to come back another day with a new cutter! Tidied everything back up and left. Arranged to come back on 18 Jan in the morning. Sent me a text that morning to say couldn’t come as had a lad off leaving them short on another long term job. Said he would ring later in morning to rearrange. He eventually rang in the afternoon and arranged for him to come on 22 Jan in the morning. He did not turn up that day....ignored my phone calls and text messages & not heard anything from him. Not had the decency to apologise & explain himself. No manners. I am so disgusted to be treated in this manner. If something had happened or you had changed your mind, then have the common courtesy to let me know. I would never recommend this company as they obviously have no compassion for elderly people who have had to put themselves out at great inconvenience to prepare for the work. I hope he is thoroughly ashamed of himself. I really believed he was a nice lad. If the job was too small why did you quote in the first place. I sincerely hope that no one else has to go through such a trauma as this. Why are people so nasty and have no concern for people’s feelings.

Above and Beyond ! Just had kitchen hall & cloaks tiled by Seb & his team. Seb came and priced up right from that first meeting my husband and I knew we would give him the job(even though he was the most expensive) you get what you pay for. Without a doubt these guys are so professional and polite the time they spent making sure there were no 1/2 tiles in door ways the tiles are perfectly laid no silicone used i just can’t praise these guys enough. They did everything they said they would do, and more, were easy to deal with, considerate and did the work to the agreed schedule. The clean up they do is unbelievable and they removed every bit of rubbish. We would recommend this team to everyone and we will be using them again in the future for bathroom tiling. A Bit of a messer. Came and quoted, all fine , won the job. On day one,he turned up to start the work, left and text me saying he was too busy this week. Followed a day later by a text saying he can’t do the job at all.
