I hired Doda to sort out my driveway drainage, and he did an outstanding job. The previous installation was done poorly and wasn't functioning properly, but Doda came in, ripped out the old system, and installed a brand-new, heavy-duty Aco drainage system. He was reliable, hard-working, and clearly knows his stuff when it comes to groundworks. The quality of the fit and finish is excellent. The initial project was to tile my bathroom, tiled the floor to satisfactory standard, but then made several mistakes with the wall tiling, stuck on chipped tiles, and blamed it on the quality of the tiles. Consistently demanded for money despite the agreement being upon completion of work. Refused to remove the damaged tiles he installed incorrectly. We were then on good terms. Today, it was agreed for him to adjust a radiator and to cut a wall. Stated, he apparently came at 6am, however did absolutely nothing, text me at 8.30am saying he cannot throw the rubbish, left my flat in a terrible state, all the removed tiles were smashed in to pieces and dumped on the floor. At the start of the project, he agreed to clean only the rubbish which accumulates from the work he does and this was confirmed in writing. Despite this agreement, I still offered to pay him to do the cleaning, however he refused. I feel very distressed by the way he has left my home. DO NOT HIRE HIM, HE WILL ROB YOU!

George did kitchen tiles laying, reset a bad job done by previous builder, and painting. He charged premium prices. As he rushed the execution in 2 days that demanded 3 days 4 tiles popped up. He re-did but still 3 tiles are not in the same level. He should give time for the adhesives to dry. And not be greedy. He never bothered to clean up the place.

I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated.
