100% RECOMMENDED Michelle and her partner measured up and competitively quoted within a short space of time. She was then very patient and supportive when unforeseen planning issues popped up and set the start date back by quite some time. Once building started, all questions were promptly answered by either the site manager or Michelle, both being available at all times. I was away for the duration of most of the job and it was very reassuring to know that I was leaving it all in capable and honest hands. The workers were very proficient and tidied up after themselves at end of each day. They also put in some very long hours at times to hasten the work. I was also impressed by the handling of unexpected problems during the building (mainly invasive tree stumps!). I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. High quality workmanship and a beautiful building which I am sure will last many years. I would certainly recommend them without a doubt.

I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Doesn't know the basics of tiling. Placed large dining room table on top of tiles which had just been laid and was surprised when the tiles sank. Grouted tiling without letting it dry. Left steps where the tiles meet. Absolutely horrible tiler. Wish I had stopped him and shown him the door. I wish I could post images as my words cannot describe the lack of skill and ability this tiler has. Ruined my expensive tiles as floor looks horrible and because tiles where wet then he grouted them, the tiles moved and grout didn't stick. Promised to return and fix the grouting but no sign of him after several weeks and not answering his phone - surprise surprise. Big mistake hiring this tiler for my job. Rushed the job, took the money and ran. I would not recommend this tiler for even the smallest job.
