She hung patterned wallpaper for me and did a fantastic job, and also spray painted the shutters without it going through to the window

I recruited Nenad and his boys to re-tile my bathroom and they ended up doing everything I needed doing in my flat which included painting all the walls and ceilings, installing a new toilet and radiator, and re-sanding and re-polishing the floors. I had a really positive experience working with them. Nenad was very easy to communicate with – responding straight away to messages and calls, and keeping to the dates and meetings we had set up. He and his team were able to start very quickly after another decorator let me down at the last minute, and worked extremely hard to get the work done on time. We hit several unexpected problems during the work – leaks and damp issues which needed to be solved – and Nenad alerted me straight away, suggested a plan of action, and got on with it as soon as I gave the green light. His quote was almost double some of the others I was initially given for painting the flat, but he assured me that I would save money in the end, that other issues would almost certainly crop up which would take extra time and require the other builders to keep adjusting their quotes as they went – and I think this turned out to be the case. The work took longer than planned and yet he was able to cope with that, despite having other jobs lined up. In the end I paid only a little over the price we'd initially agreed, and this was because I added new jobs to the list. Nenad went out of his way to ensure I was happy with the end result. I fully recommend these guys.

My journey went like this on my builder. 1st decorator booked to assess the work and didn't show up with no explanation given. The 2nd decorator arrived on time to assess the work and left me feeling doubtful so I declined. The 3rd decorator named Gary arrived on time. Was very attentive and informative around the work what had to be done, touching the walls and ceiling whilst assessing. I was confident that decorator no.3 "Gary" was the person for the job. The morning for the work to start Gary arrived promptly and rearing to go. The work was carried out professionally and Gary took pride in his work and enjoyed admiring his work of art more so pleasing the customer. The work was completed in the time frame Gary set. The walls, skirting, door frame, windowsill and radiators all have the look I envisioned. Gary employed a act of effciency, respect and transparency. I reccommend Gary 100%. Tip Gary cleans up nicely when the work is done.

Andrew had to replace a shower tray that my builders fitted incorrectly that cracked as a result. Through the whole process Andrew kept me informed of what he was doing and why, giving me confidence that he was doing it as per the instructions that came with the tray. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and leaves your house clean at the end of the working day. Also went above and beyond on the last day to complete the job early. I have already recommended Andrew to friends and family and will definitely use him for future jobs. Wish I knew of him when I fitted the bathroom!! Thanks Andrew!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Mariusz has done! The kitchen fitting was done so neatly and with amazing attention to detail, all the plumbing, gas and electrics were completed perfectly too. He kept to time and finished everything as promised, which I really appreciated. Mariusz is very tidy and takes real pride in his work. He also helped with adding shelves and fixing panelling to the bedroom and brough my vision to life, it turned out exactly how I wanted! He’s easy to work with, always willing to help, and made the whole process so smooth and stress-free. Andras recently completed a full bathroom refresh for our flat in Bromley, including demolition, tiling, plumbing, flooring, electrical fixes and installation work. Throughout the project he was reliable, hardworking and solution-oriented, especially when unexpected issues were uncovered during the renovation, including damaged joists, floor levelling and electrical work. He handled these professionally and kept the project moving forward. Communication was good throughout, and he was always willing to come back for adjustments and final touch-ups when needed. The final result feels modern, clean and much improved from the original bathroom. Overall, we were happy with the result and appreciated the effort and care put into the project.

Cornel turned up on time and worked well. He did a great job on the shower where several before him had failed. I would definitely recommend him for any tiling job. We will probably use him again in the summer for an outside job!
