Leon was extremely flexible when it came to doing the work. The job required retiling our shower floor and despite it being a more arduous task than originally imagined, he charged a fair price and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and re-hire him to do additional work on our property. Hes a lovely chap to boot!

Great service from the outset. Arrived within 2 days to look at the works required. Kept in contact and researched into the sand stone we wanted, there were some installations requirements I was not aware of thankfully, Tim took the time to look at it in depth along with the screed we were using.He spoke to the suppliers of the stone so everything was done correctly, the floor looks amazing, flawless installation of 103sqm all wrapped up within 6 days. the room has been transformed. Thank you Tim, Jack, Wally and Olly. Great work from the whole team.

Well. What can I say DS Builders came out to quote Thursday. Gave me a very reasonable qoute was that reasonable I accepted there and then. Dave and keelan came out and re pointed the chimney the next working day and was done by 2 pm yesterday.. They have also found some other roof repairs that I didn't know about they took photos to prove to me what's wrong. I've asked them to quote for the repairs.. Thanks DS Builders I've found a reliable building firm and a reasonable priced one too Would highly recommend

What a mistake! Left with cracked bath,damaged water resistant drywall, uneven mosaic, diferent shades of grout, badly done boxing snd finishing. Was a bad timming for me and my family but didnt cancel the job and make it work as i wanted it done after long time of planning nad budgeting. Hired Joe of JQB BUILDING to do tilling on 3 walls and along the basin vanity units. Agreed on price and 3 day of work. Skimming went fine. On Second day, Joe mananged to drop a tile and done a big dent on a newnish bath, mosaic sagged and material is gone. To rectify he had to break the drywall, ruining the integrity its function being water resistant, and glued the mosaic back with obviously bad and uneven result. Did offer to replace it. Wasnt the case, he fixed it which now is cracked again. Wasn't happy Joe and his Wife workmanship. But had to agree to finish the job, as I was in mid procces and couldn't rearange for someone else to take over at that stage. Been charged 180 pounds for a stack boxing, done badly and rushed trhu. Joe has been paid in full his asking price. Chrome profiles cut thru, not glued and siting loose like a cap. No wararanty on any of above has been left, even on what was fixed Can be a good all around for a cheaper jobs where quality and aesthetics are not a must. Customer skilles and comication poor. Regreting HIRING him to do my bathroom, but there is no way back now. its done, BADLY!
