When I posted the job I had three people quote for it. I was initially reluctant to shortlist Mariusz as he only had only two reviews but then I thought "How are you supposed to get reviews if nobody gives you a job"....and I am glad I did. Mariusz gave me a quote online but was the only person shortlisted who asked to come and view the job, which was a good indication of his professionalism. It also gave me comfort that once we agreed a price and it would not be changed. In the end, Mariusz's quote was in the middle of the quotes I received. In terms of the job itself, Mariusz and his father in law did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, professional and hard working with great attention to detail. They were punctual and finished the job within the timescales given, disposing of waste and leaving the bathroom very clean. The quality of their work was great and the bathroom floor looks fantastic. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends and family. Thanks you Mariusz and thank you to your father in law.

Tony responded quickly to my job. Attended within a day to assess and produce a quote. Quote was competitive and once agreed started job on scheduled day and completed in a very efficient manner and even did a bit more than was required. I can not recommend him highly enough.

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

Ivan ended up installing a nice new neat bathroom instead of a new kitchen. He even helped to obtain a quote for the new kitchen unit. We worked together to ensure all problems with the materials and measurements were ironed out. He and his team even did some further works following my snagging. Will definitely use again. I am so happy with the work and professionalism of Tom and James. I had queried several companies and decided to work with G2 brothers based on how open and honest they were on the first visit for estimation of work. We discussed the work I wanted done, which was to replace the cabinets in the kitchen. We also discussed the budget I had and what the overall look I was going for. Throughout the whole project we discussed options, impacts and agreed together on next steps. They were a pleasure to work with, I will definitely use their services again. Great work!!!

Paul did a fantastic, professional, and timely job in our kitchen. Although this was posted as a flooring job, we went with Paul and his team to undertake plumbing work, wiring, plastering, levelling the floor, and fitting our kitchen floor tiles. We needed to bring forward a part of our wall as part of our kitchen design, and wanted to install an arched recess into the space. Paul took the time to look into our options for building this arch and completing it with lighting and shelving. We received clear correspondence from Mike from Plumb-Inn Services regarding all work we wanted carried out, and all work was completed to a high standard. Looking forward to having Paul back to install our new radiator once we’ve painted the kitchen!

Elegance Interiors were outstanding with a professional Attitude they carried the work out to a very high standard From start to finish.I had been let down by a company on the day work was to commence and only had a 3 days window to start and finish the job.elegant interiors arrived to quote for to refurbish my kitchen and I hired them within 24hours.They were reliable on time ,very clean and tidy and nothing was a problem for them with a competitive price.I will be hiring them Again in the future for more work .Exceptional company and trades men.Greatest thanks Bill and Dee
