Daniel has done an absolutely stunning job on our ensuite wetroom. He tiled the walls, floor (inc a fall to the wetroom drain) and a shower recess all very neatly and we are so happy with the result. Hes professional and really skilled at what he does. i would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Paul did a fantastic, professional, and timely job in our kitchen. Although this was posted as a flooring job, we went with Paul and his team to undertake plumbing work, wiring, plastering, levelling the floor, and fitting our kitchen floor tiles. We needed to bring forward a part of our wall as part of our kitchen design, and wanted to install an arched recess into the space. Paul took the time to look into our options for building this arch and completing it with lighting and shelving. We received clear correspondence from Mike from Plumb-Inn Services regarding all work we wanted carried out, and all work was completed to a high standard. Looking forward to having Paul back to install our new radiator once we’ve painted the kitchen!

Very happy with their work. Friendly and professional. There were a couple of minor niggles with the kick-board and trim which they offered to correct. We had to wait for the grout to set on the tiles, so I did these minor jobs myself. Professional, efficient, and friendly service.

We hired Inside/Outside to re-do our bathroom. New sink, bath, toilet, tiles, lower ceiling, re-hang the door and move the radiator. They were polite, honest, professional and very hard working. When they came round to quote they were noticeably more thorough and showed more attention to detail than others. Their quotes were very competitive, their work was good and they removed all the rubbish as well. They also came back afterwards to check everything was working and to deal with a couple of 'snags'. We will be using them again.

I'm not quite sure how my experience was so different to the other reviewers. Richards work was honestly pretty sloppy. When painting the wall next to doors he didn't use tape and has got grey paint all the way down our white doors. He couldn't be bothered to prep the surfaces even to a basic level, he left small holes unfilled and our paint job is covered in lumps and splatters which I've had to paintstakingly go round after to sand back and repaint. Richard is a lovely guy but I honestly think his eyesight must be failing because he couldn't see these issues without me pointing them out. I cancelled the job halfway through and painted the rest of it myself and although I'm not a professional painter decorator did a much better finish myself.
