Great professional and reliable service from Easy Solution. Waqar called me ASAP and arranged to see my bathroom. He came within 1 hour to see the job and gave me an affordable and good quote. He was available to start work immediately. Waqar also suggested the colour of tiles that would suit the bathroom and made some very good recommendations on where i could purchase them at a decent price. My work was done to a high standards. Tiles are neatly put together with grout and they are looking amazing! I had some many relatives comment on them and i have recommended Waqar to them all as i was so satisfied with his service and professionalism in my property. I will be using him always in future. Thanks.

I can’t recommend him highly enough, in just three days, he identified and resolved my bathroom leak that could easily have become a much bigger issue. He took the time to thoroughly investigate where the water was coming from, clearly explained his findings and advised on the most sensible next steps before carrying out the work. From start to finish, his work ethic was exceptional. He arrived promptly at 8am every day and worked through until 6:00pm without a single complaint, no matter how demanding or time-consuming the job became. His efficiency was impressive but what stood out even more was the quality of the finish - the bathroom now looks brand new again. Professional, hardworking and meticulous in his standards, he delivered outstanding results in a very short timeframe. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing reliable, high-quality building work

I hired Mike to paint a 60m square 2 bed Victorian conversion flat in Upper Norwood. The brief was a full paint of the walls and ceiling in brilliant white and all the wood work in charcoal grey. Sent him one brief instruction video on where to pick up keys etc...as I don't live in the area. He started on time with minimal fuss, I got whatsapp updates every couple of days on progress and he finished the job in a couple of weeks. The results were brilliant, very professional and no stone left unturned. Mike is a traditional tradesman with years of experience and I'd have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone!

I was unsure at first as they had no reviews, when they came to give me a quote I could see they were knowledgeable, they knew what they were talking about, now the job is finished, I am so happy I hired them, they done a perfect job, these two guy are hard working and interested in their work, they always smile and are very very pleasant. they have the right tools for the job, even able to cut my marble tiles straight, as my tiling area was very big, they used lasers to make sure they started at the right point, and my floor level were right. and there line on the tiles are great, they left my floor shinning, I will use them again, two very nice guys, they worked from 8am to 6 pm and later one evening, they did not leave the job till it was finished.

Pro; Nice friendly worker. Con; Unfortunately this was a very poor job. The tiling looks awful and I asked for the bath panel to be put up which he ruined by drinking unneeded holes into it and installing it the wrong way. He did come back to rectify some issues with leaking from where the new vanity had been put in but unfortunately the job is so poor. I would really have preferred if he said, sorry I don’t know how to do that rather than ruin my bathroom which I now need to replace again.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. Confronted with a difficult narrow stairwell and hall for access, the guys worked hard and overcame all obstacles. A high standard of finish and cleaned up afterwards. I highly recommend them, and will contact Karl again for future work.
