Proud build limited (Sebastian) did a full refurb on on my new 2 bed flat, it needed a lot of work as the property was not looked after at all, included the kitchen, there bathroom, new skirting, flooring I explained to him exactly what I wanted and he was able to deliver tans exceed my expectations, his work was excellent and great detail on the finish touches, I revalued my property after the work and due to the excellent work my value went up by Nearly %30!!! really happy with the work and will 100% be using him again.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Came and looked at the job , gave us a price . As soon as the kitchen was delivered came and fitted and did an excellent job. A door was damaged and needed replacing and said text when it arrives and he would come and got it . Would recommend him

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I would give 10 stars if I could. Marius worked in 35 degree heat tiling my kitchen wall completing the job in a single day and his craftmanship is outstanding. I am so pleased with the final result, it is perfect! The communication prior to starting the job was great and he turned up exactly the time he said he would and tidied up everything when finished. Friendly and interesting as well. I highly recommend him for any tiling work.

I do not gain or lose anything from this review, so I will be as honest as I can. Leo and his colleague Toly were hired to replace hallway and bathroom floor tiles, cut and install ceramic skirting boards, install new bathroom shelves and sink, new kitchen splashback, solid oak bench and kitchen sink, and also paint the walls. They are professionals and they take pride in the quality of their work. They labor hard, and they get the job done. They do not come cheap but their rates are ultimately fair, and in this industry you get what you pay for. There are a lot of cowboy/clown builders out there, and Leo is not among them. I would definitely recommend hiring him.
