Lindsay,Steve & Paul were easily approachable and often had better ideas on how job should progress.They completed within time limit & quite honestly did a fantastic full renovation.Bathroom & kitchen are superb as is lounge and upstairs bedrooms.To see this once derelict house completely transformed is smashing.Would highly recommend & definitely will use again in near future. Please use this company,very professional from start to finish . We only needed a new shower tray but from James finding a fault from start (due to previous workers ,and we only had our bathroom done 3years ago) There was a leak due to drainage pipe fitted wrong due to water running down inside our panels . It ended with James doing a complete refurbished. James showed us every step of what was wrong and what needed to be put right (sorry James ) Excellent professional work to a very high standard. Only disappointment we had was that he wouldn’t help himself to tea squash or even biscuits when we wasn’t there . I would definitely recommend James and his company to everyone. Kitchen next James lol . Thank you so much for all that you have done for us.

From the planning to the finish Conor was absolutely fabulous. He answered every daft question I came up with . The job was not easy especially when we had an issue with the electrics he took everything in his stride. The whole team was friendly and very efficient and they were so clean as they worked. Conor bought and fitted the kitchen a new ceiling and floor. They even tiled and painted. They also worked on a bank holiday to get the job done. All in all I would fully recommend Conor and his team, and I will have them back in the future. Very fair pricing.

Excellent work, completed as fast as possible and at a very high standard. I was very, very pleased that, unlike 99% of people in this trade, Mr Thomas-Sweeney was CIVIL. He replied to all the communications, he came to do the work when he said he would, he charged the price we had initially agreed upon although the work took longer than he had estimated and - unprecedented in my experience - he did not even ask to use my toilet! I will definitely ask him to do work on my property in the future. 10/10.

I asked Jon to act as a caretaker/ handyman on the house while we were trying to sell it. He has been absolutely brilliant. Not only did he do the work at a very reasonable price but kept an eye on the property, put money on the heating and returned post. Since we now live very far from the property and it is very difficult to visit this made our lives so much easier. I honestly do not know what we would have done without him. I can recommend him without hesitation and anyone who has a rental property should consider him rather than the firms recommended by estate agents who are much more expensive and often ask for work to be done which is not essential

I am very glad I found Arron. His work has been first-class. He responded quickly to my job-post and attended the property within days. His suggestions were very sensible and he provided a detailed and reasonable quotation. As the property is around 500 years old we found some broader issues (rot in the floor of the bathroom), Arron helped me greatly in recommending that I approach my insurers. He was then patient and understanding whilst we continuously delayed his intended start date to await the insurance decision. Once approved and the work done he then immediately proceeded to do an excellent job (which looks amazing, too). He kept me informed of progress continually. A very impressive plumber and a really nice guy to boot. Highly recommended.
