Rus painted and fixed bits around the house perfectly. What looked like a slightly tired house was transformed into a fresh, new looking house! Thank you very much! I would like to credit the repainting of the kitchen separately, as after Rus repainted the wooden draws, the kitchen now looks brand new. Will continue to use Smart Maintenance + in the future!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the work Darii and Semir (hope that spelt correctly) carried out. They Worked hard (13days straight), left the place each evening Tory and clean. Both are extremely polite and friendly. They have transformed my bathroom into a beautiful room. The new quarter of a ceiling they installed in my living room, the joint in completely invisible. What particularly impressed me was some extra touches they did without asking or charging to make the finish perfect. Highly recommended.

I have had some mixed experiences with leads from My Builder, Artis is definitely up there with the best. He has done tiling and plaster coving for us as well as some other smaller jobs, all done to a very high standard. He takes pride in what he does, but works quickly with no fuss and was obliging as we tried to make decisions. He also stepped in and fixed work done by another coving ‘specialist’ which was below par. We’ll definitely be using Artis again. Highly recommend him.
