Alban was brilliant. He was able to help at short notice, stuck to his quote and was able to both diagnose the leak in the shower, strip the tiles, waterproof the walls and retile in three days. The final work looks excellent, so much better than before and the finish is as good as I have seen. We talked and texted every day, his communication was fantastic and he’s a lovely guy to work with. I could not recommend Alban enough.

We did not need to cover any furniture he did an amazing job of this and kept everything paint free. He was efficient in replying back to messages and arrived promptly every day. I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.

Goni and his team did a fantastic job. He came around to quote promptly, and the quote was competitive. The tiling itself was done to an exceptionally high stand with a precise eye for detail. He also did a couple of other extra jobs - fitting a doorstop, replacing a radiator so the tiling was perfect, and fitting a tiled upstand where the old skirting boards were. I am deeply impressed and have no hesitation in recommending Goni.

Daniel is a very reliable tiler, he gave us a competitive quote for our bathroom floor and shower's wall. He is always prompt. He keeps a clean and organised work space, being very careful with his work. Dan is a very nice guy - polite, friendly and his work looks excellent. Mr Harley came to my address as I had problems with my boiler and flow of water. As my boiler was over ten years old he advised me to changed it which I agreed to a more energy efficient boiler. He installed a Worcester Bosch system boiler with mega flow and eight radiators with thermostatic valves. He arrived on time as we agreed and workmen ship was up to high standards and completed on time and left the property tidy. Will be using Harley services again in the future for other work.
