Roger was very easy to work with. We had a particularly unique job using glass-mirrored tiles instead of traditional ceramic, but Roger rose to the occasion, problem solving on the spot! Roger was very tidy, respectful and the final result was perfect. The job did take a little longer than expected, but done well in the end!

Absolutely delighted with the work. We had some re-rendering done, pebble-dashing replaced, walls and tiles painted, and a leak fixed in the guttering as well as that being cleared out. Ashley kept us informed throughout the work, all his workers arrived as scheduled, were friendly and tidied everything away each day. Are discussing more work with Active and I'm sure we will employ them for that too.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Thanks very much Simon and co - bathroom work was made right and completed to a high standard, despite the number of 'workarounds' that the previous owners of our house had left us! Simon listened to our ideas and suggested some amendments to the plan which we were very happy with. The team worked diligently throughout the build despite the setbacks, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects and recommend them to others.

Seun did the job quickly and well. He was helpful in finding the materials. He checked in frequently to make sure that I was satisfied with the progress. I asked him to do a few other little jobs around the flat (replacing a tap, tiling a WC floor) and he did those very well. He visited the flat and provided a quote on the spot, and stuck with it. I would happily hire him again for any tiling/miscellaneous jobs.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.
