Juro and his team completed a total refurbishment of our house that included removing all internal walls, along with a double story side extension, a huge job involving lots of steels, re-roofing, new construction, new bathrooms and kitchen, new windows and rendering along with all the plumbing and electrical work and decoration. They did the most incredible job, working efficiently, adapting to any problems that came along and working really hard to create the best finish possible at the budget we had. Despite the pandemic arriving just after the demolition stage, they didn’t miss a day on site, and worked tirelessly to get materials to keep the project moving. Incredibly they still managed to finish the project on schedule and to a standard that was exceptional. Juro is honest and upfront, didn’t ever add costs or ‘unforeseeables’ and was an absolute joy to work with. He also stuck to a very clear payment schedule that was easy to follow and always meant we only paid when we were absolutely 100% happy. My only reservation in writing this review is that I would like to selfishly hang on to him and keep his schedule clear for future jobs with family and friends!

I have used Nik Sinfield's company consistently over the last three years on my property in Epsom. Nik is an exceptional professional and I have again employed him to work on my home this year. Roman undertook a bathroom refresh on short notice completing the work within the agreed project period to a high standard of finish and working late and on Saturdays to do so. He was always polite and punctual ( he travelled from London to North Herts each day) and the proposed changes to design of the layout worked. When we had issues with a number of the items we ordered independently - missing radiator valves, a mixer tap which would not fit and an incorrectly sized bath panel he went out of his way to source replacements locally to maintain the programme and complete on time. The final bill was not padded and we feel he was good value for money and would reengage on similar projects. Ours involve stripping wall and floor tiles, levelling the floor and retiling and completely retiling all wall surfaces of the bathroom and relocating and installing a new sink and toilet, replacing a radiator with a towel rail, replacing the bath panel and painting and sealing ceiling and door
