We hired Sergio to tile one of our kitchen wall. He was among one of the most expensive provider we met but showed us good picture of a recent job he did - although he had no review on the website, we decided to choose him as he was available the next day. The tiling was very average - the tiles were not straight, I needed to ask them to replace some as the final look was not great. The finishing touches were not amazing - we would have thought that the filler has been done by a non-professional. We also asked them to put back our 2 shelves once the tiling job was done, and one was initially mounted the wrong way. They told us they put the "clean side up". They needed to come back the next day to mount it correctly. Finally, when we asked for an invoice, they couldn't give us one with a right VAT number given they are currently applying for their company. For the price, we would have wait a couple of days and hired another company...

I'm not quite sure how my experience was so different to the other reviewers. Richards work was honestly pretty sloppy. When painting the wall next to doors he didn't use tape and has got grey paint all the way down our white doors. He couldn't be bothered to prep the surfaces even to a basic level, he left small holes unfilled and our paint job is covered in lumps and splatters which I've had to paintstakingly go round after to sand back and repaint. Richard is a lovely guy but I honestly think his eyesight must be failing because he couldn't see these issues without me pointing them out. I cancelled the job halfway through and painted the rest of it myself and although I'm not a professional painter decorator did a much better finish myself.

Che is reliable with good timekeeping. He replaced silicone in several areas and also removed and replaced cracked grout. I asked him to come back as some of the silicone could have been neater. He did so quickly, freely and politely. I can recommend him as honest and hard working and I am sure if the shower leaks in the near future due to his work, he would repair it free of charge.
