Nicky has completed an ivory monocouche render to our property. It was done to such a high and professional standard that my neighbours have requested for Nicky's card. Based on his useful advice, Nicky fitted a drain channel right across the front of the property to avoid damp problem in future. He certainly knows what he's doing and be rest assured you will be happy if you hire him.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. I hired Gary for the job on 11th May 2019. He was very courteous and gave me a fair price on his quote. We kept in touch through the course of our renovation. However, he came today for a site visit, just 2 days before he is due to start(admittedly we were delayed by a day, he was meant to start on Monday but a delay meant he could only start on Tuesday) and said he wouldn't be able to do the job anymore. Our plumbers have actually managed to complete on time which means he can start but he just sent a text saying he wouldn't start and didnt answer any of my calls. Then he sends a text saying he has rescheduled all his work due to the delay of 1 day! Extremely unprofessional and unreliable - he has put my entire project at risk over nothing. Avoid at all costs.

The WORST experience I have ever had with a tradesman. I would strongly advise others to stay clear. There was no schedule of works at any stage. Adrian failed to plan, failed to communicate agreed works, & did not even tell his own workforce what they were meant to be doing. There was no evidence of professional oversight or management, resulting in chaos & extreme delays. I was repeatedly misled. He stated that Building Control had been contacted & paid for; but when I contacted them directly they confirmed no application or payment had been made. He damaged my property & instructions were ignored. He was rude, aggressive & shouted at me in my own home, which I found intimidating as a woman. Neighbours also complained about his behaviour. Despite multiple extensions, the job was left unfinished with little communication. He caused significant stress & a serious loss of time & money. The matter is now being resolved through the courts. I would NOT recommend him under any circumstances
