Tudor Bratu and his excellent team at BT Projects fitted a new bathroom for me in February 2021. I just cannot praise this company enough. Communication, workmanship, reliability, cleanliness. It was all absolutely top notch and so clearly run and staffed by people who know exactly what they are doing with no hanging on and no time wasted. I must particularly mention Stefan, who worked so hard and so precisely, and Sorin, who came every day and ensured that everything was running smoothly. Even when I changed my mind about a couple of things along the way, such as grouting and paint colours (which must have been frustrating for them!) they understood the situation, treated me sensitively and re-did things for me just as I requested. I am quite an exacting person and I have had a bad experience with builders in the past so I am a naturally quite a nervous customer - but BT Projects made me feel very, very safe from start to finish. Very good, competitive price too. I will definitely return to this company for other projects in the future and feel lucky to know them. I have also told all my friends about them and sent them all my photos. Tudor Bratu is building a terrific company. He deserves every success and it doesn’t surprise me at all to know that he is in the running for awards. Massive thank you. I am delighted with my beautiful bathroom!

He was great at keeping in touch before the job, arrived exactly when he said he would and completed the job in he amount of time he said he would. Tony was very polite and cleaned up after himself each day he was on the job fitting my new cloakroom suite. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing and is a guy who's done it all before. Many of the solutions he came up with were nothing short of genius and he also happily picked up some of the materials for me that I had forgotten to purchase beforehand. Patryk called around at my convenience to give me a very fair quote and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and he put me at ease about the work. He was also remotely at hand to assist me with the tile choice to ensure that I ordered something suitable for the job. During installation, he was a pleasure to have around, so polite, professional, and easygoing. He did an exceptional job, cleaned up each day, removed the rubbish, and kept me informed of what was happening when necessary.
