This was not an easy request. Lots of small handyman jobs were required and Usama completed them in the 2 days as promised. Usama discussed requirements with me and visited property beforehand. Pricing and payment structure was agreed beforehand. He kept me updated with his time of arrival and progress with the various tasks. Usama is very patient and offers suggestions on how best to resolve some maintenance issues. I have other works and will be using him again. Based on his performance on this job, I am happy to refer Usama to others.

Marc responded very quickly to my job advert and after exchanging messages he sent Jeff out the next day to look at the job and give me a price for the works. The price was very reasonable which I accepted and the works were to begin the next day. Jeff arrived on time and he discussed the works again to make sure I was happy before he began. He made sure that all my bedroom was covered in dust sheets and maintained cleanliness throughout the works. Jeff then worked efficiently to make sure the job was done to a high standard, after finishing he made sure the room was left as he found it. I would highly recommend South Durham Construction and will consider them when planning any future projects. Very reasonably priced and a high standard of work.
