Matt is very unreliable. He never stuck to the times he would agree to come and would randomly appear at very unsociable hours. Sometimes as late as 9pm and work till 11pm. This caused me problems with my neighbours because of the noise. I gave Matt all my old doors which were being replaced. These were plain fire doors that had nothing wrong with them but did not look pretty, hence the reason I was having them changed. They were worth around £1000. Matt suggested he could sell them for me and that he would keep them in his storage unit. He also took 4 very long industrial wooden office desks which I was getting rid of for free. Aswell as three industrial wooden book shelves. He took the doors, tables and bookshelves over the course of days he did some work and then disappeared. Leaving half the work unfinished. Which by the way he had taken advance payment for. I was very gullible to trust Matt. I have tried calling and messaging to no avail. Please do not trust this liar.

James is experienced tiler. He's naturally got knack for it and makes it seem so easy. He's tiled 50 sqm for me and the quality of finish is second to none. He can work with any material including Marble and Granite, which is all I have in my property. He understand people, mature professional that will do all he can to keep customers happy..... P.s, wish it would let me load up some pictures....

SMG tiling did and absolutely amazing job on our hallway tiles, I would 100% recommend. Great communication before the job was done, the job was done to a fantastic standard and we were really happy with the price. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be using them again for future tiling jobs.

I had a few tiles replaced around my bath, a new bath screen fitted and the sealant redone. The initial quote was £150 and I was then told (after the tiles had been removed from my wall) that it would be £210, as an extra two tiles needed to be fitted. The new tiles are not level or spaced evenly, the sealant was not smoothed out and came loose and the shower screen was not fitted properly. My main focus was just to have a watertight shower, so I accepted that I could re-do the sealant myself and that I could live with the uneven tiles, but I asked him to return to fit the last part of the shower door to the wall, as I am not comfortable drilling in to a tile myself. I have paid for this job to be done after all, and shouldn't be correcting it myself. I initially received an excuse saying the door I bought had bad reviews and that there were no parts left to fit. I sent a picture of the fitting instructions, showing that the final stages hadn't been completed, and a picture of the 'spare parts' he had left behind. I received another excuse that he had met somebody that day who coincidentally had bought the same shower door and recommended it was removed. I explained the panel was fine and needed to be fitted properly, per the instructions. I patiently waited a month and was promised on multiple occasions that he would return to do this, which did not happen. Each time a different excuse. I have now had to pay somebody else £50 to finish the job.

Dan and his team at Worsley Homes Ltd are amazing - would highly recommend!! Responded to my ad very quickly, came round a few days later to give me a quote. We came up with a plan for the work between us and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result!! They were extremely reliable and did a fantastic job on our garden wall/patio renovation project.
