I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship making the bathroom look brand new. Ciprian was patient in rearranging doing the job to meet my requests. He is polite and diligent. He provided suggestions to deal with water leaks adding a membrane and concrete, insetting pipes into the wall and improvising with a few replacement tiles to ensure the job looked complete.

My journey went like this on my builder. 1st decorator booked to assess the work and didn't show up with no explanation given. The 2nd decorator arrived on time to assess the work and left me feeling doubtful so I declined. The 3rd decorator named Gary arrived on time. Was very attentive and informative around the work what had to be done, touching the walls and ceiling whilst assessing. I was confident that decorator no.3 "Gary" was the person for the job. The morning for the work to start Gary arrived promptly and rearing to go. The work was carried out professionally and Gary took pride in his work and enjoyed admiring his work of art more so pleasing the customer. The work was completed in the time frame Gary set. The walls, skirting, door frame, windowsill and radiators all have the look I envisioned. Gary employed a act of effciency, respect and transparency. I reccommend Gary 100%. Tip Gary cleans up nicely when the work is done.

Martin undertook a comprehensive renovation of my entire house, incorporating rear and side extensions, a loft conversion, and a rear pod addition. The project involved stripping the property back to its bare walls, reconfiguring room layouts, and installing entirely new bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Additionally, Martin oversaw the revitalisation of the garden area. Martin's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were exemplary throughout the project. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of the work. This is not my first collaboration with Martin; I previously engaged his services for a complete house renovation in 2021.

He turn up when he said. Finish in the time he said he would, work tirelessly, very pleasant, respectful and helpful. He clean up after himself. He decorated one bed flat and laminated throughout. I will be using George again when I need work doing.

I do not gain or lose anything from this review, so I will be as honest as I can. Leo and his colleague Toly were hired to replace hallway and bathroom floor tiles, cut and install ceramic skirting boards, install new bathroom shelves and sink, new kitchen splashback, solid oak bench and kitchen sink, and also paint the walls. They are professionals and they take pride in the quality of their work. They labor hard, and they get the job done. They do not come cheap but their rates are ultimately fair, and in this industry you get what you pay for. There are a lot of cowboy/clown builders out there, and Leo is not among them. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE We have recently redone our whole flat and We asker Zachary to box in some pipe work, lay laminate floor, install skirtking boards and radiator cover and then paint wood work which ended up costing £2700 even though th quote was for much less we think he did this to get the job over the other quotes we received The standard of work was absolutely shocking and sadly we were away whilst he finishers and he pushed us into paying before we could see it claiming he needed it desperately (I know rookie mistake on our part) He claimed he sanded down the wood work but everything was rough to the touch and had old paint chips coming through. after hiring another tradman to Put it right they told me he had not even applied a top coat and had only painted with primer after emailing back and forth for weeks he after first denying our issues promised to come fix the issues however after pestering him for over a month this did not materialise and he didn’t get in contact with us. The laminate flooring is coming away from the walls and some of the joints are not clicked in place properly we are gutted we used him and not somewith more feedback We won’t be making that mistake ever again. The skirting board has huge bits of dried glue coming out on some of the edges honestly I don’t know how he could leave a job like this - some people have no shame! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! Angelo did not complete the job, he handed it over to his son without my knowledge. The work was not finished to the standard agreed.
