Charlie and his team refurbish bathroom at our home and always kept us updated and educated on why it is being done that way. We got delivery of tiles delayed twice and Charlie was quite flexible and never complained. Charlie also helped fix other things at home although it's not his main job. I would strongly recommend if you are looking for a quality professional. We'll definitely use Charlie's services again.
