My colleague referred me to Raed who previously have had used R.Hamandi Ltd for construction work and they were very happy with the quality of service. Along with some other building company's last year I also contacted Raed for an estimate. Raed gave us a reasonable price with all the details of proposed work. He also explained about the possible options of how we could get the best value for our money. His professional and friendly advice helped us a lot to understand what exactly we needed and what was best for us to go ahead for our project. We decided to go ahead with R.Hamandi ltd. Raed gave us breakdown of the project and everything was documented. His support in communicating with council and planning related issues was valuable. All the planning permission requirements were followed. Presence of experienced and trust worthy staff including laborers, handymen, carpenters and painters really made it easy for me and family to be around and comfortable while they were working or to leave the house whenever we had to. Raed himself used to visit the site everyday to oversee the progress and used to discuss and take care of any possible issues. Raed's team used to turn up on time and the project was finished on time too. Even after the completion of the project staff at R.Hamandi ltd and Raed himself contacted us few times to find out if we're happy with the work carried out or if we needed any further assistance. Now we have a fully refurbed house with double side extension and loft conversion. Overall amazing service, professional, reliable and trustworthy. Waldemar and team were very tidy and communicative builders who will do the job at a high standard, for a good price and are committed to meeting their realistic deadlines. I had a difficult ask of the team as had ordered most components prior to their quote but they worked around me, the items I had ordered and worked well to achieve a complex and specific design. They were reliable and dedicated to getting the job done in good time and to a high standard. They were attentive and considerate regarding specific design requirements but I would recommend the best way to handle this with them is to provide a detailed plan with measurements as communication is harder when not face to face. That being said, if they were unsure of any detail they were extremely good at being in touch to clarify exactly what you'd like done. Highly recommended!

He turn up when he said. Finish in the time he said he would, work tirelessly, very pleasant, respectful and helpful. He clean up after himself. He decorated one bed flat and laminated throughout. I will be using George again when I need work doing.

Hammid made it possible for me to choose him by being flexible. We discussed doing the job asap, but the ordered taps & bathroom tap unit took time to be delivered, meaning we had to wait days. I like that Hammid was helpful in sending a couple of links to taps that could really suit my new quality bathroom vanity unit. It it fitted now and looks great. Afterwards there was a slow leak, and the water needed to be turned back on to get full water pressure as before. This was sorted by Hammid sending the plumber back the next day and the outstanding issues, quality check and water/slow leak was all sorted out. I liked that the plumber notified me that any issues, contact them as the works are guaranteed. It took slightly longer yet I do appreciate that now I have a quality unit installed in my bathroom and that it looks great with the taps that Hammid had recommended. Polite, respectful communication. All Issues ironed out. Therefore I would definitely recommend Hammid and team.

I hired Vasile and his team to initially refit my bathroom but after meeting him decided to hire him to complete a number of projects including installing a built in bookcase into a wall, decorating 2 bedrooms, hallway and removing built in wardrobes. I can not recommend Vasile and his team enough! Vasile is trustworthy, honest and worked within my budget. He offers incredible design advice and the workmanship is of such a high quality. They were always clean, punchual and completed the jobs on time and under budget! This is the first time I have used Mybuilder and did so because I got tired of getting messed around by contractors. I decided to use Vasile after I read the reviews here and I am really happy with the work. Vasile will be refitting my downstairs WC and kitchen later this year. I would highly recommend his services and professionalism.

Luigi from the start was honest, thorough, dedicated and his attention to detail and work is impressive. We are new owners and are renovating a property for the first time. After quite a few set backs and some really not great situation with workers we felt very deflated. However with a great new energy he gave us advice and guidance throughout. As well as being very safe during this pandemic he was a pleasure to have working in the house. The tiling work, as Luigi discovered quickly, would require a lot of cuts, uneven surfaces and a lot of mapping out to make it look right which to any tiler less skilled would have been a nightmare. However he was up for the challenge and the result is beautiful. Without hesitation he wanted to make sure this was done for us in time for Christmas with extra added jobs like bringing in his carpenter to cut our island worktop and an electrician to make sure everything was done properly and neatly which we are so grateful for given we had been messed around before. I'm pretty sure our house was neater after he left! Honestly could not have higher praises for him, his work ethic and his attention to detail. We will be having Luigi back ( if he will have us!!) Thank you so much again and to anyone reading this don't hesitate to hire him and his team.
