Vugar and his team are excellent. In four days they have transformed my bathroom. The job involved installing a shower over the bath and and tiling the bathroom. Vugar also picked up and collected all materials for me as I do not have a car. This was incredibly helpful. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I would recommend Vugar and his team. Ronnie’s workmanship is extremely poor. I gave him the benefit of the doubt when he flooded the downstairs of my house requiring the entire ground floor to need to be renovated, ceiling collapsed etc whilst completing the bathroom work but I have since been further disappointed by his lack of contact despite saying the work had a two year guarantee. He would not provide his insurance details and took no responsibility for the leak despite being in the house alone whilst completing the work while I was away. The walls are cracking in multiple places, the tiles are fitted wonky and bumpy on the floor and walls, grout is cracked, taps and fittings are cheap quality. This also overran taking more than 6 weeks when originally quoted 2 -3 weeks. Other workmen that have come to fix the issues Ronnie has caused are shocked at the way the bathroom has been completed and the lack of attention to detail and care, especially given the £6K plus price point. I feel robbed and scammed and will be pursuing this via the small claims court DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY CANNOT BE TRUSTED

Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

The WORST experience I have ever had with a tradesman. I would strongly advise others to stay clear. There was no schedule of works at any stage. Adrian failed to plan, failed to communicate agreed works, & did not even tell his own workforce what they were meant to be doing. There was no evidence of professional oversight or management, resulting in chaos & extreme delays. I was repeatedly misled. He stated that Building Control had been contacted & paid for; but when I contacted them directly they confirmed no application or payment had been made. He damaged my property & instructions were ignored. He was rude, aggressive & shouted at me in my own home, which I found intimidating as a woman. Neighbours also complained about his behaviour. Despite multiple extensions, the job was left unfinished with little communication. He caused significant stress & a serious loss of time & money. The matter is now being resolved through the courts. I would NOT recommend him under any circumstances

Roman undertook a bathroom refresh on short notice completing the work within the agreed project period to a high standard of finish and working late and on Saturdays to do so. He was always polite and punctual ( he travelled from London to North Herts each day) and the proposed changes to design of the layout worked. When we had issues with a number of the items we ordered independently - missing radiator valves, a mixer tap which would not fit and an incorrectly sized bath panel he went out of his way to source replacements locally to maintain the programme and complete on time. The final bill was not padded and we feel he was good value for money and would reengage on similar projects. Ours involve stripping wall and floor tiles, levelling the floor and retiling and completely retiling all wall surfaces of the bathroom and relocating and installing a new sink and toilet, replacing a radiator with a towel rail, replacing the bath panel and painting and sealing ceiling and door

Chris did an excellent job with re-tiling our bathroom. He was very clear in his estimate of the work required and very reasonable in his price. He arrived on time, and finished when he told us he would. Throughout, he was very clear in what work was being undertaken, how they were progressing, and answered any questions we had. The job was completed to an extremely high-standard - perfectly level tiling, and all the grouting, toilet re-installation were done without fault. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, if you're after a genuinely honest, skilled tiler and bathroom fitter.
