Wow, where do I start, from the first time we met Kevin Legge we knew we had made the right choice. Kevin delivered a professional and accurate quote for our installation and explained everything in detail. We had arranged the installation to be carried out while we was away on holiday abroad, we left him in charge of our house, without any worries. The installation of our kitchen and bathroom was completed within a week and to the highest standard. We are very very happy with the completed work and would not hesitate to contact him again for further work. We hired Filip for the bathroom upgrade we required. He came and gave us an immediate quote and we were happy for him to proceed.. Filip was very punctual whilst doing this job and when there were any problems, such as shortage of tiles, he was more than happy to go and buy these on our behalf. He even brought the suite from the supplier to our house. During the whole time Filip was working for us he was very courteous and really did go the extra mile for us, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else and will certainly be using his services in the future. I recently hired Stagy Building Services to repair a wall prior to tiling, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I had specifically asked for photo updates of the repairs and progress, but none were provided. When questioned, the trader first told me he had used skimming, but when I pointed out that skimming requires a 24–48 hour drying period, he changed his explanation to quick-dry filler—something never agreed upon. A plasterboard repair should look presentable on its own, but the result I received did not reflect that standard. Please see before and after pictures. On top of this, my bath panel ended up damaged, and the trader tried to shift the blame onto my tenant, which I found incredibly unprofessional. Based on my experience, the work did not appear to be carried out with care, honesty, or reliability. I do not consider this trader credible, and I would strongly avoid them at all costs. If I could give a negative star rating, I would.

From the moment James came to quote for the job he was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. We booked James to completely renovate our bathroom. This included ripping out everything, replacing damaged floor boards, tiling, plumbing and fitting our new bathroom. James is hardworking, reliable and gave us advice and support throughout the whole project. His work was done to a high standard and we are so pleased with the end result. MJS Property Maintenance recently carried out full refurbishment works to our downstairs toilet and main bathroom (including internal wall alterations to the adjacent bedroom). Despite a number of unforeseen and unavoidable issues which arose during the course of the work, Matthew successfully overcame these and ensured that he communicated with us fully at all times. We also asked for a few additional items of maintenance work to be carried out to our en-suite bathroom and kitchen and these were happily incorporated at a very fair and reasonable cost. We are very happy with the quality of the work which has been carried out and would definitely use MJS Property Maintenance in the future.
