Craig responded to my request through my builder to hang 5 internal doors, within ten minutes. He then rang me as soon as I had short listed him to talk about my job. He was professional throughout, very chatty and put me at ease straight away. His work is of an exceptionally high standard and he did not stop until the job was complete. Craig quoted the job extremely competitively but did not take any short cuts and worked twelve hours to get the job done. I’ve already asked him to do more work for us asap. I was very happy with the service that Jack provided. The communication was great both before, during and after the work was complete - making sure he was clear on what I wanted him to do, as well as communicating to me what he thought was the best thing to do technically as a result of his attention to detail. The work undertaken was to a high standard and I am very happy with the finished product. I’ll be having Jack back in the future to tile the downstairs toilet.

Subcontracted the job to someone else who wasn’t a full time tiler, but knows how’s to tile. Done a reasonably good job on a difficult uneven basement floor. Tiles not totally level, chipped a couple tiles, didn’t grout all areas, I had to do it myself.charged the same price as those who were full time tilers. Asked to do the stairs due to urgency, done a EXCELLENT job of the pattern, but left one part untiled and promised to come back to do it.. still waiting, Requested payment as each room is done, rather than completing the whole job and taking payment at the end. I would strongly advise against using this company. The work was left unfinished and my property was left in a terrible state. They caused a leak, and the quality of the decorating was extremely poor – uneven paintwork, visible patches, incomplete skirting boards, loads of mess left, their own rubbish from their lunch and paint drips down electrical sockets. Overall, a very unprofessional job and a stressful experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them.

Great works carried out by JDS Plastering. I required a wall to be skimmed and also some patches to be done and they explained the process to myself throughout the works. I was quoted a very reasonable price for the works and will use their services in the future. Highly recommend.
