Poor workmanship, had to get a second bathroom fitter to refit part of the bathroom and the floor tiles came up after one week and had to be removed and replaced, did not return as promised to make good. Poor experience, shame as he seemed like a nice guy.

Awful job - didn’t remove existing grout properly so new grout was patchy and could still see the old grout through the new - chipped my lovely floor tiles - then refused to come back and do the job ‘properly’ saying they were too busy - I asked them to refund the money so we could get someone else to do the job - still waiting!

Please be cautious when hiring this person for doing any jobs. The quality is abysmal. I have proof in pictures but this site doesn’t allow me to post them. He talks big and boasts of big jobs but design sense and craftmanship is nil although he initially claimed he is an expert and designer. Later, he changed his statement to being only a fitter, when confronted with the quality of the job. The pictures he shows as proof of the quality of his work needs be taken with a pinch of salt. The positive reviews he has could possibly be managed ones as I have first-hand experience of his work. On top of that he is a racist. He is a cheat. When I said he cheated, he called me a fool and an idiot (text message available). Since day one I put everything in writing and have his responses in writing as evidence. His own email says he is not satisfied with the job done and promised to rectify it but after taking more money, which he was not meant to, as per the contract, he refused to do the job. He provided bills that were from other jobs from other clients of his and refused to explain. He was paid on the dates agreed without delay. Happy to provide evidence for you to judge yourselves. My number is 07516557951, if anyone wants to see evidence in pictures and his written commitments. Happy to take the blame if anyone says I am at fault. He got personal in his abuse when I confronted him with the facts and his quality of work.
