I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Highly recommended.

Nick and George turned up on time and were very polite and friendly throughout. Even though the work was more than first anticipated (it needed infill boarding and more replacement tiles) they did the work without bother and honoured the original quote. Completely and utterly brilliant. They also gave me a proper invoice and allowed me payment options.

Daniel is an excellent all round tradesman . He did several jobs including the removal of bamboo from my garden where the roots were running. Compared to other companies , Daniel gave a good price despite the job being very hard work. He also replaced my fence door , lighting etc. Daniel is returning to plant 5 trees in August. He has expertise in all fields of work. He turns up on time, finishes the job if it over runs , is trustworthy, hard working and a great sense of humour. I would highly recommend Daniel on any job you’re thinking of having done. I felt in safe hands and it’s rare to get tradesmen of this quality. I will be saving Daniel’s number. Thanks , Daniel. I cannot recommend John from Pacho Create Ltd highly enough. I'm a very particular client with high standards, I was impressed by his care, patience, and professionalism throughout. He clearly takes pride in delivering quality work and paid close attention to every detail. Living in a small flat, I was concerned about dust, but John proactively created a solution to minimise disruption, which I really appreciated. He also gave excellent advice on budget-friendly waterproofing products. We had a challenge with large-format tiles, but John worked closely with me to plan the layout, ensuring a natural, balanced finish. The workmanship is outstanding – minimal wastage, precise alignment, and superb attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to use John again, in fact, I’m already planning to have him back to tile around my bath in the near future. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, reliable professional.

I hired Tim for a big job to replace a damaged bathroom floor due to a leak. The damaged expanded to outside the bathroom and was quite involved. Tim did an amazing job, not only did he sort out the problem but he found clever solutions which other builders did not think of. Tim is reliable, honest and always ready to help. Would use again 100%.

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

Emanuel did a great job retiling the shower. He completed the work in an afternoon and came back the next day to replace some grouting that had cracked while it was drying. He was one of the cheapest quotes we got and even put in a water proof sheathing behind the tiles to prevent any leaks from coming through the wall again, something other tilers we had in did not mention. Definitely recommend him and would use him again if we had another problem with tiles. (Although fingers crossed we don't!)
