Steve and the team were excellent. Quick to respond to the request for quote, provided a clear estimate, confirmed the date of works well in advance, provided contingency time within the job to ensure it was completed on time, turned up on the day exactly on time, stayed late to complete the job ahead of time and overall completed the works to a very high standard. Steve and the team were also decent guys who were a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dave is fantastic to deal with on a personal level—honest, polite, and very communicative throughout the process of making and installing my custom office wall panel. We ran into a few hiccups along the way with vinyl wrapping and finding wall studs during mounting, but Dave was always transparent, open to feedback, and offered a fair discount for the minor imperfections. While the installation required some hands-on help from my side to finish off, I really appreciate his great attitude and dedication to the job.

⛔️Absolutely shocking Customer service. Paul came out on Monday to quote. We arranged for him to start the work today. He arrived this morning but as he clearly didn't carry out a thorough inspection of the job on Monday, he's now saying he is stepping away from the job as there's too much work. He was very abrupt in his approach. He blamed the fact I had rough carpet cut offs down and just walked out th door knowing he is leaving me in the lurch while offer no form of alternative. I am disabled but yet again let down by another tradesman. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least. AVOID

Excellent service and well prepared and detailed quotation so knew exactly what I was paying for. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, works have not yet commenced and likely require revisiting but will be pursuing with Matthew in the future as very easy to deal with and most professional.

Couldn’t recommend Rob and Chris enough, not only are they incredible at what they do, their attention to detail is unmatched. We encountered a problem when removing our existing tiles and they explained it all to us and sorted it all efficiently and to an exceptionally high standard. We couldn’t be happier with the final result of our bathroom. I also want to make it known that not only is their work 10/10, they are genuinely sound guys, so down to earth and from someone who likes her own space, I couldn’t have felt more at ease with them in my house for a week. They’re stuck with us now because any work we need will be going straight to them. Thanks guys, you’re both legends! Going to miss having a coffee with you on a morning!

Stephen came to view the work and provided a quote. He came within a couple of days to carry out the work. He found further issues and completed them as he went along. Both showers are now regrouted and resealed. Would definitely use Stephen again.

I carry out tasks such as furniture assembly, shelving and curtain rail fitting, TV mounting, painting and decorating, minor repairs, and general odd jobs around the home. I also undertake minor electrical work, including replacing light fittings, switches, sockets, chandeliers, bathroom extractor fans, and installing wireless security cameras. I can also carry out basic electrical fault-finding depending on the job. In addition, I can change taps, replace and fit door locks and handles, and help with general household maintenance tasks.
