Akash made sure the job was complete exactly how he said it would be, he provided reliability during the installation of our kitchen and answered all questions very professionally. The builders were well aware of the conversations my mother and I had with Akash and so put our mind at ease. The installation itself was very quick (the tear down was very much completed in a few hours) and installed over the weekend. They were very hygiene aware and set up a cover between the kitchen and the rest of our house and didn’t disrupt our home living. They cleaned up before they were gone to very high standards without us even asking them too, all I’m sure is due to Akash’s excellent organisation skills.

I don’t recommend from my personal experience. I am writing this feedback 1 year after so this is based on true experience. The project was dragged over a longer period of time than agreed. He suggested to buy all the materials and we have accepted expecting decent quality products will be used (we are not experts). After he has left, we had a leak under the bath tub, which we have fixed by another plumber (didn’t have the energy to call back and wanted a once for all reliable fix). Taps were difficult to use and we have realised after that they don’t have thermostatic valve (didn’t know this detail before). We can see many cracked grouts due to uneven floor, then we have started getting water leak from the shower (wet room) into the ceiling of the underneath kitchen. We have hired again another tradesman to re-do most of the bathroom. When tiles were removed, we can see very thin materials, very poor tiling tradesman quality (nothing wrong with B&Q tiles). Very disappointing that someone can deliver such poor quality work and hide it all with tiles on top. Such stress, waste of time and waste of a lot of money. By the way, very similar feedback to the one posted by harvey_230

Darek came to view the work on Tuesday and completed the job in a timely way on Thursday. He quickly asssessed what needed doing and provided good advice. He sourced the materials needed and carried out the work very well, explaining what needed to be done as he did the work.
