Many thanks to Kris abd Kane on a job well done. Despite the very tight schedule, they completely refurbished our bathroom transforming it to a high-end (hotel standard) wet room. Kris's original quote was very competitive. There were extras, but these were very reasonable. Once the job was completed Kris actually came back to install 4 or 5 grab bars without additional cost. Kris, and Kane are both very easy to get on with; thoughtful and calm characters. I travelled abroad during the job; Kris contacted me regularly and responded promptly when I reached out to him. As with any job' there were glitches but Kris's solution focus approach ensured a good outcome. Hope to work with this company again.

Pali seems like a nice enough guy but unfortunately we had a very bad experience with his company. We booked his company to install some zellige tiles. We sent some instructions about how they should be installed and were reassured that his tiler had 20 years of experience and that he wouldn't have any issues with the installation. Our tiles were handmade and had taken 8 weeks to come from Morocco. Unfortuntately, Pali's tiler did not follow the guidance of leaving 1-2mm between each tile and left as much as 7mm in places. Now that the tiles have been installed, there's very little we can do to remedy the issue. Pali was initially understanding but gradually become more defensive of his tiler's work. We paid £1800 for two shower enclosures (totalling less that 15sqm). For that price, we expected someone who would take their time and pay attention to detail. Unfortunately that is not what we got. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere for high end jobs.

5* rating for Patryk who installed tiles into my hallway. Patryk called around at my convenience to give me a very fair quote and was clearly knowledgeable and experienced and he put me at ease about the work. He was also remotely at hand to assist me with the tile choice to ensure that I ordered something suitable for the job. During installation, he was a pleasure to have around, so polite, professional, and easygoing. He did an exceptional job, cleaned up each day, removed the rubbish, and kept me informed of what was happening when necessary. I am 100% happy with the final results and I couldn't recommend him more. Having recently moved into a new flat, I will definitely be asking Patryk to do more work in the future. Highly recommended!

Alan is clearly very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience with magnet kitchens. He was professional and personable and was able to work around me which is essential when working from home. He is a great gem as he was able to do the plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering as well as take out and dispose of the old kitchen.

Mr Khawar did a great job regrouting my 2 showers. He was meticulous and neat with his work. He is very professional and polite. Also reasonably priced so another big plus. He is a bathroom specialist so planning to hire him again soon to redo my bathrooms.

Fejsall and his team are friendly and hard working and often stayed late to make sure the work was done to my timeline. We now have our ideal bathroom! Cannot recommend Andrew highly enough. He is incredibly well skilled when it comes to bathrooms and he always goes the extra mile. At the beginning we did not know what we wanted but listened to his advice such as on tiles, wall colour, and shower fittings and we are very glad we did. During the project he will delegate tasks such as tiling, carpentry, electrics, windows. Whatever you are after, to a highly skilled craftsman he knows well. While he does what he's best at, such as the plumbing, sealant and grouting. If any problems come along he will push through, sometimes working incredibly long days to get the job done and well. Andrew also did other jobs around the house, such as filling up cracks in our windor frame without extra charge. If there are additional jobs you request which require significant work or materials, he will give you a fair price. Best thing of all is Andrews attitude, always positive and makes sure its completed well.
